1. General information

The brand name Althion belongs to Althion Botanicals Ι.Κ.Ε., Ελευθερίου Βενιζέλου 34, 653 02 Καβάλα, Ελλάδα. The seller's registry details are listed in the Legal Information and on the purchase receipt. Returns are accepted exclusively at the warehouse address sent to you in writing following your request.

2. Website use

You must be at least 18 years of age to order. Formulations and products are intended for individual use only. We cancel orders with incomplete details, lack of stock, or indications of an irregular transaction, immediately refunding any amount paid.

3. Pricing, taxes, and customs fees

All prices are calculated in EUR. Shipping costs are listed in detail at checkout prior to payment. In the event of an obvious typographical error in pricing, we will contact you for confirmation or cancellation at no charge.

3.1 VAT and customs duties

Prices for orders to Greece include legal VAT. For shipments outside Greece, local customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. If the parcel is rejected at customs, we deduct the return costs from the refund amount.

4. Payment methods and order processing

We accept Bank transfer. The website does not store bank account or card details.

4.1 Order placement and acceptance

Your order is recorded as soon as you complete the checkout process. You immediately receive a confirmation email with the transaction number. The sale is considered complete only when the products are handed over to the carrier and you receive the shipping email.

4.2 Failed or incomplete payments

If a payment is not completed successfully, the products are not dispatched. For cash-on-delivery orders, if the package is not collected by the buyer, it is returned to our warehouses and the order is cancelled.

5. Data management and personal privacy

We collect only the details required for order fulfillment, customer support, and store operation, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The operation of tracking tools is detailed in the Cookie Policy. Both documents govern the use of the website.

6. Instructions for use, safety, and storage

Use each supplement according to the product label and enclosed package leaflet. Keep products out of reach of children. Photos depict the actual packaging. Minor differences in color display on your screen do not constitute a quality issue.

6.1 Storage, expiry and disposal

Keep formulations in a cool, dry place, as indicated on the box. Do not consume products past the stated expiration date. Recycle packaging in accordance with local waste management regulations.

7. No medical advice

The information on the website does not replace medical diagnosis, natural dietary support, or pharmaceutical advice. We describe the composition and intended use of each item. Consult a physician prior to intake if you are on a daily care regimen, have a diagnosed medical condition, or are pregnant.

8. Discount codes and promotions

Discounts are valid only while displayed active on the website and cannot be combined, unless stated otherwise. Promo codes must be entered before completing payment. Free samples or accompanying items must be returned if the original order is returned.

9. Shipping and delivery

Shipping times and costs are listed on the Shipping and Delivery page. The stated days are estimates of business days from parcel departure. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

10. Parcel delivery and shipping liability

We are responsible for the products until they are delivered to the address you provided. Once delivery is signed for, responsibility for loss or damage transfers to you. If you receive a damaged package, send photos to [email protected] within 48 hours. Check shipping details carefully when ordering.

11. Return, cancellation, and refund terms

You are entitled to return items within 60 days of receipt, provided the formulation is intact, sealed, and in its original packaging. Contact us for shipping instructions. We refund the value of the products. Initial shipping costs are credited only if we sent an incorrect item. Statutory withdrawal rights apply in full.

12. Warranty and product conformity

Every product is delivered according to its stated specifications and free of manufacturing defects. All products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity under Greek consumer protection law (Law 2251/1994 and the Civil Code), ensuring that delivered botanical items fully meet the stated packaging and formulation specifications. In the event of a defective batch within the statutory warranty period, we replace the product or refund the purchase amount upon inspection. Damage resulting from improper storage or misuse is not covered.

13. Rules of acceptable website use

Submitting false orders, disrupting the store's electronic systems, and copying other customers' data is strictly prohibited. In the event of a violation, we immediately terminate access to your account.

14. Intellectual property

All text, product descriptions, images, and graphics belong to Althion Botanicals Ι.Κ.Ε.. Viewing and saving them for your personal use is permitted. Any republication or commercial reproduction without prior written permission is prohibited.

16. Customer reviews and submissions

Reviews on the website come from verified buyers and reflect individual experiences. Results vary from person to person. By submitting a review, you grant us the right to display it alongside your first name. We remove reviews that contain abusive language or third-party personal data.

17. Disclaimer of warranties

The website operates based on current technical availability. We ensure the accuracy of listings, without guaranteeing uninterrupted server operation. Our obligations regarding the quality of the products themselves remain fully intact.

18. Limitation of liability

The total liability of Althion Botanicals Ι.Κ.Ε. for any compensation claim is expressly limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific order or to the amount of 100 €, whichever is lower. We assume full legal liability in cases of willful intent, gross negligence, and personal injury. For any other damages related to order fulfillment, our liability is strictly limited to the foreseeable value of the specific transaction.

19. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify our company against any third-party legal claims arising from your unlawful use of the website.

20. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with Greek law, with the courts of Athens having jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through direct communication, the courts at the seller's registered seat shall have jurisdiction. Consumers always retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence under mandatory consumer protection laws.

21. Electronic communications

All order status updates and receipts are sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Please check your spam folder regularly. A message is deemed delivered upon sending.

22. Assignment

We reserve the right to transfer business management rights to a successor entity, keeping our customers' rights fully intact. You may not assign rights under this agreement without prior written approval.

23. No waiver

Our failure to immediately exercise any legal right under these terms does not constitute a waiver of that right in the future.

24. Severability

If any provision is found legally unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in full effect. The invalid provision is automatically replaced by a valid rule that achieves its original purpose.

25. Termination

We reserve the right to close accounts or reject new purchases if these terms are violated. This does not affect parcels already handed over to the postal service or courier.

26. Entire agreement

This text, related policies, and the order confirmation email constitute the entire purchase agreement. In case of translation into other languages, the text in the language of the local purchase page prevails.
