You can return any Althion product within 60 days of receipt, provided it remains unused and in its original packaging. Listed here are the terms, steps, shipping costs, and refund procedure via bank transfer.

1. 60-day refund guarantee
The right of return is valid for 60 days from the delivery date. It covers damaged products, incorrect deliveries, or simple changes of mind with intact packaging.
2. Return conditions
- Damaged or defective product: immediate replacement or full refund including original shipping costs. Please attach photos to your message.
- Incorrect item received: we send the correct product and arrange pickup of the wrong item at our expense.
- Change of mind return: the product must remain unopened, in its original packaging, with the safety seal intact. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. The original delivery cost is non-refundable.
- Products with opened packaging cannot be returned for health and safety reasons, unless a manufacturing defect is present.
3. Product return procedure
- Within 60 days of receipt, send an email to [email protected] or call +30 550 431 556. State your order number, reason for return, and attach photos in case of parcel damage.
- We send the return authorization code and the return address within one business day.
- Place the product in its original box. Insert a note with your return code and seal the parcel securely.
- Ship the parcel to the specified address. Share the tracking number with us by email. Keep the drop-off receipt until the refund is credited.
4. Refunds and processing time
We inspect the contents within 3 business days of receipt and send written confirmation. The refund is issued via bank transfer to your account, whether you paid by bank deposit or cash on delivery. The funds will appear in your balance within 1-5 business days, depending on your bank.
5. Exchanges and cancellations
To exchange for a different product, return the original item and place a new order. The refund is processed right after inspecting the returned parcel. Cancellations are accepted free of charge prior to order packing by emailing your order number to [email protected].
