Stability preservation and shelf life

Plant cellulose (HPMC) capsules are hygroscopic. They readily absorb moisture from the air if the bottle is left open. Zinc bisglycinate and magnesium malate maintain their molecular structure for 24 months when stored at temperatures below 25 degrees Celsius and in an environment with relative humidity under 60%.

Best storage practices

Follow specific guidelines to protect the contents.

• Storage location: Place the bottle in an office or bedroom cabinet. Avoid the bathroom and kitchen, as water vapor penetrates the cap threading.Packaging care: Tightly close the cap immediately after taking a capsule. Do not discard the desiccant packet inside the bottle.
• Intake schedule: Take capsules at the same time each day, preferably after the evening meal, for optimal digestive tolerance.

Returns and support

If you receive a package with a compromised inner safety seal, do not consume the product. Contact customer support. Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the cap seal remains intact.
